Large glass 'Carboy' pharmacy display jar from an Apothecary or chemist's shop in England. The Carboy is shown half filled with red liquid - (food coloring) - which was the traditional method of display in the window of the Pharmacy shop. Measures 27" high x 13" diameter at the widest point. Dating circa 1880 - 1910. In Good condition.
