Great quality Aesthetic Movement satinwood kneehole dressing table by the high end Liverpool cabinet makers Urquhart & Adamson c.1880. 26″ x 24″ arch top mirror, topped with a gallery of turned spindles, angle adjustable on criply turned supports over two small drawers and a good sized table top. Arched kneehole flanked with twin banks of four drawers of graduated depth plus a centre drawer. In pale satinwood with carved and reeded detail, note also the unusual button roundels to the front stiles and mirror supports. Superb original brass handles and raised on the original white ceramic castors. Original maker’s badge for Urquhart & Adamson inside the centre drawer. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
