French 19th Century Mahogany Stick Barometer

DECORATOR SOURCE
This is a superb example of an early 19th century French Mahogany stick Barometer/thermometer.
Made with a mahogany case, inlaid with boxwood detailing.

Made by the well known maker Chevallier of Paris, who were a noted barometer and Optician maker to the King of France, circa 1830.
