FOSTER AND GANE
David Carr (1915-1968), one of two large monochrome oils on board, framed.
Carr studied at the Byam Shaw School in the 1930s, followed by several years with his contemporary, Lucien Freud, at Cedric Morris's East Anglian School of Painting & Drawing. He exhibited in London and New York and his work is in the National Collection.
