Item Description
Early 20th century hand spun coolie shades, shown in a group with antiqued brass cord gripped lamp holders and dark brown fabric flex. These can be supplied shade only or with fittings and flex. I have a limited supply, collected over many years. Please note these coolie shades are not perfectly round, they are light and thin and have slight circular ridges that can be seen and felt. The majority are approximately 9inch in diameter, but i have a few smaller and possibly a couple bigger. Sample price is £125 including a cord gripped lampholder, 1 meter of fabric flex and a brass cord gripped earthed ceiling rose (British made).For approx up to 9.25inch size.
For up to approx 10.25" diameter size price is £150ea. Approx c1900-1920.
