Large Zinc Clock Face

HAIRSINES
Exceptional (large) zinc clock face. French, 19th century (circa 1880). From a clock tower in the town of Perrigny in the Jura department of eastern France | zinc-faced and pine-backed | extremely weather-worn | the zinc edging is incomplete and loose but the zinc face is solid | undeniably this is a statement piece for a large wall space | clock hands sold separately (they are not from the same clock).

Please contact HAIRSINES for the shipping costs.

HAIRSINES - the family business of Kevin and Jen Hairsine - is a showcase of decorative antique pieces and primitive folk art.

Kevin sources their stock from a blend of private collectors, off-the-beaten-track European street brocantes, secluded vide greniers and widely attended international trade fairs. Today, the Hairsines are as driven as ever by the exquisite aesthetics and ageless beauty of time-worn materials.

Visit them in person - by appointment - at their studio-warehouse in Ste Neots, just off the A1 at the Black Cat roundabout.
