American Folk Art football toy c1930

INGLIS HALL ANTIQUES
A unique home made American football kicker toy c1930/40 , pull back the sprung leg and the ball go's flying, (attached to a string).
Its a lovely bit of folk art, made from an old spring, packing case wood, and painted i think with house hold paints.
it has a lovely patina and look, made by some ones loving dad or granddad. It was found in Hamilton Montana USA,
there is a label on the underside for a Charity sale "help crippled children 1951".
