2 Cast iron miners coat hooks

INGLIS HALL ANTIQUES
A very rare pair of cast iron hooks, originally for hanging miners tools and there pit pony's harnesses.
The designs on the back plate are of mining tools and they have traces of there original paint and a lovely aged patina.

found in France, and made c1870


this pair of hooks have the same size back-plate as the set of 4 hooks listed ,but the hooks are of a smaller size (9cm deep rather than 13cm)
