18th century French Chinoiserie Toile Cushion

KATHARINE POLE
18th century French blue chinoiserie cushion made from a pelmet with its original patched pieces of large-scale flowers and a glimpse of a pagoda.It retains its original scalloped edge which has been stitched onto a 19th century French linen.
Backed in a natural indigo hand-dyed French 19th century linen and slip-stitched closed with a duck feather pad.
Two small rust marks.
