This wonderful piece of furniture is in great condition.
Extremely rare mulberry wood, it has a superb 'tortoiseshell' effect and has been in use since the 1680's. Then, as now, mulberry antique furniture is extremely rare and of the finest quality.
Cross and feather banded, with a quarter veneered top. Above 3 cross banded drawers of solid oak dovetailed construction.
On turned legs with a shaped stretchered base.
