An original late 19th century cast iron doorstop in the form of 'Mrs Sloper' and her two children. A very crisp and detailed edition.

Mrs Sloper was the wife of Alexander 'Ally' Sloper, one of the earliest comic strip charactters, originally launched in the British magazine 'Judy' in 1867.
