An 18th Century Oval Swedish Bockboard table

PAPPILON
An oval late 18th-century Swedish folk art oak and Walnut Tressel 'Bockbord' table. Featuring a removable oval top raised on T-shaped ends, sat on sledge feet. This table can be easily disassembled for transport, secured by peg and brace fastenings. The tabletop consists of three wide boards, displaying a lovely sun-bleached patina throughout.

This doesn't simply mean we stick with the old but the ethos of what we stand for is that even antiques for the future should have a consideration to its longevity and quality as well as its style.

We source pre-loved and sometimes tired pieces of furniture and items from many locations around the UK and in and around Europe. We lovingly restore each piece and sympathetically bring it back to life either by injecting it into the 21st century or restoring it back to its original state.
