A beautiful antique Heriz carpet, handwoven circa 1920 with a large geometrical medallion on a terracotta field and deep indigo border. Fabulous secondary colours, especially the large ivory corner spandrels and a highly decorative piece.
Size: 3.37m x 2.42m (11ft 1in x 7ft 11in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in places (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
