19th century French empire corner sofa

TALLBOY INTERIORS
(On my website) If you would like this sofa upholstered please click yes in the upholstery drop down menu. This would require 16 metres of material. You can supply your own or please browse our collections under the material section.

All my armchairs and sofas have been fully restored, springs, legs, padding etc so these will stand the test of time even if used everyday.

This is a very unusual 19th century empire corner sofa with deep seat and large cushions. Very comfy and a great cosy seat. Its angle is slightly odd as it isnt a perfect 90 degrees but will work well in the corner of a space. The legs are detailed with brass and the two halves split which are held together with a bronze cap that the two centre legs go into. Fabulous quality and a very unusual piece.

My name is Matt Dixon and for as long as I can remember I have had a love for history and design which I find relate very closely.

Since starting up TallBoy Interiors 3 years ago, I have learnt so much about what works together and I find that you can mix modern and classic pieces to create a truly unique design.

I am not afraid to express myself through the items I buy as I believe your home should represent as much about you as the way you dress.  Everyone has their own style and that is what makes this business so interesting.

As trends change, the pieces that appear on the open market change, and that keeps me thinking of how it can work in a design.

I want to provide a service that is totally personal to the client and help them use their imagination to create something unique.
