19th century Pine dresser base in original paint

This is a wonderful nicely proportioned Victorian dresser base in original pale paint that has been painstakingly dry scraped to reveal it in all its glory. The paint is on all sides except the left but this is how it will have always been. The cupboards and drawers offer a great amount of storage making it an ideal piece for a kitchen or sideboard. The piece has never had a back so it is open and would have always been against a wall. A back can be added if you prefer. There are no faults with the piece, it is very sturdy and heavy as it is made from extremely thick pine pieces including the top which I absolutely love. The pale colour works so well in any setting and I think the nature of the piece makes it ideal for most interiors.

My name is Matt Dixon and for as long as I can remember I have had a love for history and design which I find relate very closely.

Since starting up TallBoy Interiors 3 years ago, I have learnt so much about what works together and I find that you can mix modern and classic pieces to create a truly unique design.

I am not afraid to express myself through the items I buy as I believe your home should represent as much about you as the way you dress.  Everyone has their own style and that is what makes this business so interesting.

As trends change, the pieces that appear on the open market change, and that keeps me thinking of how it can work in a design.

I want to provide a service that is totally personal to the client and help them use their imagination to create something unique.
