Victorian Architectural Model of Grand Staircase in Oak

For Sale in this LOT is a first quarter 20th Century architectural grand staircase in oak. The item is also stamped with the makers mark and description of the item (although due to age is faded) view close up photo. The item is very well made and highly decorative in appearance, the wood has been lightly waxed to protect it and the colour of the wood shows a strong wood grain. Overall this item is quite rare due to its size and high quality finish including makers stamp.

In conclusion this is an original architectural model antique in wonderful overall condition. It’s a real centre piece and truly elegant decorative item. The buyer will not be disappointed.

Dimensions: H 14” x W 14.5” x D 25”

Condition: The item is completely solid and structurally sound, newly waxed and as a result the grain is in great condition. It’s strongly suggested to view all close up photos provided and ask questions before a purchase is made to avoid disappointment.
