I buy things I love, it's as simple as that!

I source, curate and exhibit authentic one off pieces - lovingly hand crafted by masters and makers, artisans and amateurs.

I look for good patina, colour and character, with obvious signs of a well used and well loved life.

Objects that bring history alive, that put a smile on your face and prove to be a useful addition to your home.

More about me....

I have been presenting various antique programmes for TV for the last 20 years, including Flog It!, Trust me, I'm a Dealer and Countryfile Diaries, with a new show coming out soon called Curiosity.  I am the author of 3 books my most recent being My World Of Antiques: Collect, Buy And Sell Everyday Antiques Like An Expert. I am very much a family man and in 2019 I opened my new showroom, The Table Gallery in Corsham, Wiltshire and look forward to welcoming clients there on Friday's and Saturdays each week and other times by appointment.
