Rare, mid-century Italian table lamp, dating c. 1960s/70.
The lamp base is porcelain and glazed in off-white with a peachy-pink detailing.
The quite spectacular lotus flower lampshade was handmade using silk chiffon. Again in cream, with contrasting peach/pink detailing for the vein's detailing.
The lamp takes one e27 (standard size) bayonet lightbulb.
The lamp works perfectly, however it hasn't been rewired by my electrician. (It has however been rewired at some point for UK usage).
As with all vintage lighting, you should have it professionally tested prior to use.
Stamped Made in Italy.
Condition wise, the porcelain base is perfect. The silk chiffon shade is in surprisingly good condition given it's age, only displaying very minor wear.
