A rare and exceptional pair of Arts & Crafts candlesticks attributed to Rivière Studios, New York, circa 1910. Expertly crafted in solid copper, each candlestick features a finely twisted barley-stem column rising from a broad circular base adorned with meticulously applied wire-coil swirl motifs—a signature design element associated with the studio’s most recognizable metalwork.


This pair remains in excellent original condition, exhibiting a deep, rich patina that enhances the hand-wrought texture of the copper. The surfaces have aged beautifully, with subtle tonal variations and oxidation that speak to their authenticity and over a century of careful preservation.
