Baby's washstand made for a child's nursery or for washing a new arrival, made in Sarreguimines in Eastern France at the turn of the turn of the century.

The washstand includes a china bowl decorated with 'Nursury Rhyme' characters characters from the fables of La Fontaine set on a nicely crafted wooden base. It comes from the French pottery city of Sarreguemines in Alsace. circa 1900, and measures 18 inches high x 18" wide x 12" deep. In very good condition.
