RARE &  ORIGINAL French Lithograhic Poster by Henri Lemonnier (signed) circa 1938.  The poster has been and framed behind glass in a black 4.5 cm wide Art-Deco frame.

Henri Lemonnier was one of France's most celebrated graphic artists in the inter-war years and his posters were published by Affiches Lutetia in Paris , using Karchner as the printing house . Post WWI was the golden age of lithographic posters and Lemonnier along with Capiello was one of the best known artists in this genre.

The Chateau de Valmy is still producing good wines to this day.  Photos show the poster seen in various different light sources.

Measures 67 x 50 inches ( 170 x 128 cms) In excellent condition.
