Magnificent Pair of Putti or Cherubs carved in Limewood which came from Italy. 


In good basic condition with traces of earlier paint and small ancient repairs., the cherubs each measure 42 inches high x 22 wide x 8 deep (107 x 56 x 24 cms).  Created  for a fairgound or travelling show in mid to


late 19th century Italy. 


These are presently part of a personal collection.
