An original French Advertising Showcard-Letterholder for Huntley & Palmer's - famous British Victorian makers of Biscuits sold primarily in England but also in France. This particular showcard was found in France and depicts in Art-Nouveau style an imaginary seated Japanese or Chinese princess carried on a bier by 4 dwarfs .

A decorative and stylish piece of very collectible artwork in the style of Aubrey Beardsley , dating between 1885 and 1910.
