Historic 'Girouette' or Weather Pointer from France. Made of Zinc and Iron , with traditional flag pennant and metal 'flowers' on the each of the 4 pointers .
Circa 1840-1890 Standing 41 inches tall. In good condition with obvious wear from age and usage.
