A late 18th century, George III period painted mahogany chest on chest of modest proportions, having moulded cornice above 2 short and 6 long, cockbeaded graduated drawers all lined in oak and fitted with original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons, all standing on original shaped bracket feet. England c.1790. This George III painted chest on chest has a great colour and patina, a good solid piece of furniture that would suit any period home. This item breaks in half for easy transport.
