A Eighteenth century French Louis XVI Directiore period console desserte with the typical refined elegance of this period with a white marble inset top with rounded ends above a brass mounted panelled frieze with a single drawer with original lion mask ring pull handles and working lock and key over a mirrored inset back panel retaining the original foxed mercury backed plate supported on fine slender tapering splayed supports united by a concave sided brass mounted undertier
