In all its original state, a very charming and petite sized (150cm wide) antique 19th Century French sofa or chaise longue for re-upholstery. 


The frame, with it's time worn, but still very beautiful original paint decoration in cream and gold, is sturdy and in very good condition. The accentuated curves adding to it's appeal, as do the large Lion paw feet which terminate the sweeping legs both front and back. 


It clearly requires new seat and re-upholstery, but it's size would not make this an overwhelming task.


So rare to find such a sweet seat in such original and good condition, this would look quite wonderful at the end of bed, in a dressing room and perfect for the smaller space.
