What sets this fine looking 19th Century bench apart, the amazing hand painted decoration. The pine wood has been decorated with scumble and line decoration, with the added fun addition of paw like dotted elements randomly placed; like a little animal has walked over it. 


In very good original condition, it is also an excellent size at approx 182cm wide, and with cushions added will make this a great seat to have on one side of an informal dining table. No need to be precious with it, making it ideal for the kids to take it over as their favourite bench.


It also has the added attraction of curvaceous arms and legs with a similarly attentive detail given to the top rail. A deep seat finishes off this tactile and less usual bench that will look at home in a cottage, or more modern kitchen or dining setting.
