A beautifully made early 20th‑century porch light by the General Electric Company, featuring a cylindrical satin opaline glass shade with crisp decorative banding and beadwork. The shade is held within its original brass gallery, cast with delicate scrolling detail and retaining a warm, well‑aged surface. Suspended from a brass chain with period fittings, the lamp gives a soft, atmospheric glow when lit and has been sensitively rewired for modern electric use.
Rewired with black twisted flex. Original ceiling rose included.
