An elegantly formed cut glass pendant light made in Birmingham (England) by F& C Osler. c.1910


Thick hand cut glass shades, with a central pierced gilt brass band and glass covered hanging loop to the top. The lamp brings a touch of historical decadence, echoing the shape of a pineapple - A fruit once regarded as the height of opulence and refinement, reserved for the wealthiest households and admired as a status symbol.
