An exceptional Jefferson moonstone plafonnier light. c.1920.

Made in heavy pressed milk glass with a deep fluted design that throws a beautifully even, diffused light. The shade sits within its original heavy cast bronze ring, a finely made component with fine detailing and the quality likely associated with Faraday & Son. Suspended from a trio of cast rods, the pendant has a strong architectural presence, finished with a period hanger and ceiling hook. The metalwork carries an honest patina that perfectly complements the moonstone glass.

Rewired with black twisted flex.
