A beautifully formed large scale glass plafonnier light made by F. & C. Osler. c.1910

An exceptional early 20th‑century scarce light fitting, featuring a delicately hand‑cut glass bowl of superb clarity and weight. The bowl sits within its original silver‑plated brass ring, the metalwork retaining its fine period detailing and gentle aged surface. Above, the hanger supports four chains finished with small, well‑made original s‑hooks - a charming detail characteristic of Osler’s craftsmanship. The original ceiling hook stamped Osler.

A refined and highly decorative example from one of Britain’s foremost glassmakers.

Rewired with black twist flex to ceiling plate.
