4 French large 19th c terracotta yellow glazed Jars - these would have been used to store food that was grown and cooked during the summer months to provide food during the winter months. Utilitarian but beautiful at the same time and these days such Jars make very attractive vases or to contain kitchen utensils and many other purposes around a home. Circa 1880
