Set of 4 19th century French Arras Garden Chairs - this model has beautifully perforated seats in an Art Nouveau style. These are a rare and early model and have those eponymous "hooved" horses' feet. Made in the iron factories in Arras, Northern France, who made beautiful and very stylish iron garden furniture in the late 19th century. Many layers of paint over the years - now rust converted, sanded and painted white - ready for another 100 years! circa 1890
