Item Details

A wonderful, late 18th century, English mahogany armchair in the French Hepplewhite taste. Broad in its seat and bold in its shape, it's finely carved and has an early layer ( circa 1820 ) of paint, which is now time worn and has attained the most beautiful patina, in very good condition, front seat rail an old replacement.
