Cast iron painted polychrome base of floral tripartite form, wrought iron barley sugar stem supporting a trio of circular rings with a ring handle above. Of lovely design and constriction, the base very well cast in original paint, the stem consists of the central wrought iron bar around which the three further bars are uniformly wrapped to terminate in the umbrella rings.
