A striking large vintage Spanish mirror dating from circa the 1970s, featuring an elegant architectural silhouette and beautifully detailed gilt metalwork.

The large central mirror is surrounded by narrow mirrored mosaic panels, individually arranged within an ornate gold-tone frame. Delicate floral and foliate ornaments punctuate the frame, adding refinement without overwhelming the design.

The unusual shaped upper section, with its sweeping curved shoulders and gently arched top, gives the mirror a particularly decorative presence. At 150 cm wide, this is an impressive statement piece, ideal above a large console, sideboard, fireplace or in an entrance hall.
