Elegant vintage full-length mirror with a gilt faux bamboo frame, dating from circa the 1980s.


The frame features a striking openwork construction with multiple slender faux bamboo rails surrounding the central mirror. The hand-finished gilt surface has a warm, aged gold tone with attractive irregularities and patina, giving the piece considerably more character than a modern reproduction.


Its tall, narrow proportions make it ideal as a floor mirror, dressing mirror or hallway mirror, while the sculptural bamboo-inspired frame works beautifully in Hollywood Regency, Palm Beach, eclectic and maximalist interiors.
