Item Details

A charming vintage two-seater lounge sofa in solid pine, retaining its original checked upholstery. The combination of warm honey-toned pine and the brown and cream plaid fabric gives this piece a wonderfully relaxed

1970s Scandinavian and Alpine modernist character.

The sofa features a substantial exposed wooden frame with beautifully shaped wide armrests, simple straight legs and visible natural knots and grain throughout the pine. Two generously padded seat cushions and two high back cushions create a particularly comfortable, inviting silhouette.

The original vintage fabric has been professionally cleaned, allowing the sofa to retain its authentic period appearance while being ready for its next interior. Small upholstered buttons add subtle detailing to the back cushions.

Its compact proportions make it particularly suitable for a smaller living room, reading area, bedroom, holiday home or chalet interior. A characterful vintage sofa that combines rustic warmth with clean mid-century lines.
