English Edwardian Antique Swivel Oak Office Desk Chair

This one possesses a great form with a stylish pair of arms and the lighter oak grain with the makers label Cookes of Finsbury underneath the newly reupholstered leather seat.

From the Edwardian period, it sits in good historic condition – the frame possesses sensible aging, the seat as mentioned is plump having been reupholstered including webbing etc in a fine green leather hide secured with aged brass studs which will wear a treat The swivel and height mechanisms are working fine with the seat rotating. Expect pleasing day to day wear on the frame. We have waxed the oak on the frame and base, so very much ready to place…
