Good Looking Large Oak Deco Period Twin Pedestal Desk



A fabulously stylish large twin pedestal desk in English oak C1930. A one owner piece and awaiting its new owner after a session in our workshop.
This dapper piece boasts some great features and attributes - great looking oak handles to all drawers, the rounded edges, the inset oak plinth, a good back and its scale works so well in the design.
We have a large deep brown grained leather top edged in oak, a slender top middle drawer flanked to the left with a flight of 4 drawers and to the right we have 3 drawers one being double file sized. We have typing slides on both sides too.



Condition is very good - we have the odd aged nibble to the drawers and base but not ugly or particularly off putting. The top does have aging but again nothing new or unexpected. We have ensured the desk is ready for placing. All drawers are running well and runners have been waxed.



A very handsome 1930s oak desk of good proportions.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isles and for World-wide shipping.



For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
