A seldom seen pair of bedside tables by Richard Hornby for Heal’s. Both are of small proportions with a little drawer to the top and a useful open shelf underneath. These could work not only in the bedroom but also as side tables in the lounge. Not a lot of these made and a rare find indeed. The slender design by Richard Hornby works well in modern and more period properties and they have their scale in their favour.

Condition wise they are good - we do have a good tone to the frames and the drawers are working fine – neat and clean inside. We have day to day scuffs and marks to the frames and tops – with a little sliver of missing veneer to the back of one of the tops and also a decent historic replacement of the strip of veneer to the lower shelf on one. They have been lightly cleaned and are ready to place.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isles and for World-wide shipping. 

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item.  If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
