A Pretty
A very charming Arts & Crafts solid English oak desk with attractive linen fold pattern to the two deep side drawers. The desk possesses a pleasing grain and tone to the oak - of a lighter shade than most and is sensibly historically aged.
We have 2 deep drawers either side of a decent sized middle drawer which all open by way of a lovely drop pendant knob. The four legs are lightly shaped and we have a middle stretcher to the base. The oversailing top finishes the look. All well crafted, heavy for its size and made with careful attention. We have a working lock and key, a little clunky and stiff to the middle drawer.
We have carefully cleaned the desk and have ensured it's ready to use.
