A  wonderful 19th century French painted display cabinet / bookcase in molded wood,  with green and gilded inlay, opening at the upper part with two glazed doors revealing a series of shelves. The top adorned with a rocaille shell. 

The lower part with two blind doors opening to reveal a fixed shelf. Historical paint with some retouches.

This elegant piece of furniture will make a statement in most settings.
