Item Details

Louis XVI style open arm settee c.1950. Pale grey painted beechwood frame with fine guilloche carving to the front edge and acanthus leaf detail to the swept arm supports. Sprung backrests, seats and armrests upholstered in the original woven woolwork covers with pretty floral detail and brass studs to the edges. Raised on turned and fluted legs front and rear. Some old wear to the paintwork, otherwise good condition, solid and sturdy with clean covers.
