Good quality Edwardian mahogany office bookcase c.1910. In two pieces. Glazed door bookcase top fitted with three adjustable (probably later) plate glass shelves. Over a low-waisted blind cupboard base with a single adjustable shelf inside. Internal depth (top and bottom) 12", big enough for leaver arch files. Elegant uncluttered design with a slim moulded cornice and dental frieze, raised and fielded door panels in the base and a moulded plinth. Solid mahogany sides. Original canvas lining in the top and fitted (unusually) with little round air vents in the back. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
