Item Details

Sturdy 17th.c. Style oak chair back settle or hall bench with an upholstered seat. Slightly sloping arched top backrest with moulded edges over raised and fielded panels. Between the square rear stiles with pointed finial tops. Webbed and padded seat covered in a pale interlining (ready for final upholstery). Raised on four turned and block front legs joined with turned front stretchers. With flat stretchers to the sides and rear and connecting each front leg to the corresponding rear stile. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
