Item Details

Set of four garden statues c.1960. Standing 38" tall. Modelled in reconstituted stone as Classical putti or cherubs, each playing a musical instrument (flute, guitar, cymbals and tambourine). Each sits upon a large ball raised on a circular plinth with an 11½" square base. Very nicely modelled and attractively weathered with lichen, the flute player also having a good layer of moss. Damage to the toes on one foot of the cymbal player and a break across one corner of the base of the flute player. Otherwise very good condition.
