A pair of painted and gilt tole 'Leafy Bay' sconces, circa 1960, French, unmarked but by Maison Honore - naturalistically designed as bouquets of Bay or Laurel leaves, hand painted and with detailed venation, the twin branches hand gilded and of classical serpentine form, with integral hooks verso for easy hanging.  In good vintage condition with nothing detracting in our opinion.  Scarce examples of original botanical sconces in this sought after design and by this highly regarded and quality French maker.  Can be wired and PAT tested - please enquire.
