Early 19th Century English hat and coat hall stand.


This hall stand is unusual as it is made in crisply cast cast iron which features a central reeded column with sixteen ornately-shaped hooks at the top and a turned brass finial. Also incorporating a walking stick/umbrella stand and storage section.


This piece is complete with the original, octagonal drip tray base which is supported by four, lions paw feet.


It is in its totally original condition and dates from around 1815 and in the style and quality of Coalbrookdale.
